For us, it was a very good experience to build an LHM mountain home with Hovin Laft as a supplier. We wanted to have a house designed to suit our needs and received a very good follow-up from LHM's architect in this process. Before we signed the contract, we were put in contact with previous customers, we got to visit a finished house in the local area as well as a construction site, and we were taken on a trip to the factory in Lithuania. This gave us the necessary security before making the biggest investment of our lives. The construction process was carried out on time and at the agreed price without any additional orders that usually appear along the way. We discovered a few things we wanted to change after commissioning, including moving an interior wall ten centimeters, and expected that to incur additional costs. However, this was dealt with head-on without costing anything extra or delaying the process. Upon handover, the plot was cleared and the cabin was thoroughly cleaned. Throughout the entire process, we experienced the best possible follow-up. The finished mountain homes are of a high standard and quality, and after using it for two seasons we are still walking around and enjoying how complete it is in every detail. The most important thing for us, when we had to choose a house supplier, was to find someone who had professional pride and was concerned with doing good craftsmanship, and we are very happy about that.

We signed with LHM on untouched land after Easter and six months later our house at Laftestølen was ready for takeover. Delivering a "turnkey" mountain house lived up to expectations - where everything worked from day one. LHM delivers quality in everything they do, at the right time and creates a good dialogue with us as buyers. We are not subject experts ourselves, but building a house with LHM as a supplier was no problem! Having Cato Menkerud, as a contact person and "on-site", provides the security we as buyers want. Both during the process, but also afterward if questions and adjustments should arise. LHM is also raw when it comes to interiors and details, which means that the LHM cabins always have that little something extra and are experienced as something more than just a cabin. We strongly recommend using LHM as a mountain home supplier and still believe they build Norway's most beautiful houses.
